Option 1: in the app

1. Open Kaasa and sign in with your phone number.
2. Go to More, then the Account section.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. If you want a copy of your data first, tap Export all my data.
5. Type the confirmation word and tap Delete my account permanently.

The phone needs an internet connection for this. Your account is deleted on our servers straight away, then everything on that phone is wiped and you are signed out.

Option 2: by email

If you cannot use the app, email privacy@vektorlabs.in with the subject Delete my Kaasa account, from the phone number's owner. Tell us the mobile number you sign in with. To protect you, we will confirm the request with you (for example with a one-time code sent to that number) before deleting anything. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your data first if you may need it.

What is kept, and for how long

• A shop's own records when you were staff. The shop you worked for keeps its business records, such as the bills you made, because they are that business's accounts. Your phone number and profile are removed from your Kaasa account; the shop may keep the name it entered for you.
• A deletion record. We keep a record that an account was deleted, when, and how many records were removed. It contains no phone number and no name.
• Records the law requires. Where tax or other law requires us to keep invoice or payment records, we keep only those, for up to 6 years, and then erase them.
• Backups and logs. Copies in backups and system logs are erased as those expire, within 30 days.

எவை வைக்கப்படும், எவ்வளவு காலம்

• நீங்கள் பணியாற்றிய கடையின் பதிவுகள். நீங்கள் போட்ட பில்கள் போன்ற தன் வணிகப் பதிவுகளை அந்தக் கடை வைத்திருக்கும்; அவை அந்த வணிகத்தின் கணக்குகள். உங்கள் தொலைபேசி எண்ணும் சுயவிவரமும் உங்கள் Kaasa கணக்கிலிருந்து நீக்கப்படும்; கடை உங்களுக்கு உள்ளிட்ட பெயரை அது வைத்திருக்கலாம்.
• நீக்கியதற்கான பதிவு. ஒரு கணக்கு நீக்கப்பட்டது, எப்போது, எத்தனை பதிவுகள் நீக்கப்பட்டன என்ற பதிவை வைத்திருப்போம். அதில் தொலைபேசி எண்ணோ பெயரோ இருக்காது.
• சட்டம் கோரும் பதிவுகள். வரி அல்லது பிற சட்டம் இன்வாய்ஸ் அல்லது பணம் செலுத்தல் பதிவுகளை வைத்திருக்கக் கோரும் இடங்களில், அவற்றை மட்டும் 6 ஆண்டுகள் வரை வைத்திருந்து, பிறகு நீக்குவோம்.
• காப்புப்பிரதிகளும் பதிவுக் குறிப்புகளும். காப்புப்பிரதிகள் மற்றும் கணினிப் பதிவுக் குறிப்புகளில் உள்ள நகல்கள் அவை காலாவதியாகும்போது, 30 நாட்களுக்குள் நீக்கப்படும்.
