Bills are never limited. A voice bill is any bill where at least one line was added by speaking. At the limit, tap billing continues and a top-up is offered — never charged on its own.
Most billing software costs a little less. Most billing software also sits unused after week three, because the person at the counter can't work it. Kaasa is the one your staff can bill on by speaking, on day one — and if you want us at the counter for the setup, that is a line item you can see, not a surprise.

Kaasa is software-only. These are the printers we have tested at real counters; buy one from any dealer, or ask us and we will route you to a Chennai distributor and install it.

PricingFAQ
What does the free trial include?
14 days of Business features, 1 branch, 300 voice bills. No card. When it ends, nothing is charged. The app drops to free manual billing: unlimited local bills, 100 products, GST invoices and printing. No sync, no voice, no export. A shop never loses the ability to bill.
Does voice billing work offline?
Voice billing needs internet. Tap billing always works offline — a power cut or a dead network never stops a bill, and everything syncs when you are back online.
How do I pay?
On this website, by UPI, card or net banking. The Android app has no purchase screen, which is what keeps the price where it is. Monthly plans can run on UPI AutoPay from inside the app.
Why is voice metered?
Every spoken bill is processed by a Tamil and English speech engine that costs us money per bill. Metering it is what makes ₹3,999 a year possible. If you run out, tap billing continues and a 500-bill top-up is ₹99 — bought by you, never auto-charged.
Hidden charges?
No. The price above plus 18% GST is all you pay. Printers you buy directly and own; we publish a tested list.
Can I get a GST invoice and claim input credit?
Yes. Enter your GSTIN at checkout and the tax invoice carries it. Tamil Nadu GSTINs are billed CGST + SGST; other states IGST.
Refunds?
Full refund within 7 days of a yearly purchase, no questions. After that, pro-rata only if you are migrating out.
What happens if I forget to renew?
You get 30 days of grace. Sync, exports and cloud voice lock first; billing itself never stops.
Change plans?
Upgrade any time — the unused part of your current plan is credited. Downgrades take effect at renewal.
Per user?
No. Add staff up to your plan's limit at no extra cost.
Ten branches?
That is Enterprise. Message us and we will quote it with migration included.
