We're a small team in Chennai and we hire rarely. If you build things well and Kaasa interests you, message us anyway — we keep good CVs and come back to them when a role opens.

We're early. That means there's no rigid hierarchy, no endless Jira tickets, and no meetings that could've been a message. It also means you'll be figuring things out as you go alongside the rest of us — which is the best way to actually learn.
We work remotely and asynchronously most of the time. We communicate via chat and short video calls when things need to be talked through. Nobody is checking when you log in — we care about what you ship.
Internships start with a one-month trial so both sides can see if it's a fit, then we pay based on output and quality. Full-time positions are salaried. We give honest references, proper certificates, and do our best to help people grow into the next step of their career.
